Your First Visit

We understand that coming to the Food Centre for the first time can feel overwhelming, and we want you to know that you will be welcomed with dignity, respect, and kindness.

Our team is here to support you, answer your questions, and make the process as comfortable as possible. When you arrive, a volunteer or staff member will guide you through a simple intake process so we can understand your household’s needs and ensure you receive the right support.

To help us get you started quickly, please bring the following items:

• Identification for all members of your household (for example, birth certificates)
• Driver’s licence
• If you do not have a driver’s licence, please bring a utility bill showing your name and address

If you’re unsure about what to bring or have questions before your visit, we’re always happy to help.
