Volunteers are the backbone of Community Share. We rely on the many talented and diverse individuals who dedicate their time and skills to our programs. We could use drivers, pantry assistants, food stockers and receivers.

Assistant Manager
We are an accredited food bank under Food Banks Canada and are looking for an assistant manager to assist with our operations in Minden, Ontario. This part-time position requires an individual with
- Good management, organizational, decision making and customer service skills
- Ability to navigate difficult situations and provide guidance as needed relating to visitors, staff, and volunteers
- Ability to multitask, delegate, and work under pressure at certain times
- Possess excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
