Tracey Gilbert

Tracey has been part of the community since 1996 and proudly calls Minden home, where she and her husband, who was born and raised in the community, have raised their two sons. A busy hockey and baseball mom, Tracey has spent many years supporting local youth sports and community activities.

Early in her career, Tracey worked as a Personal Support Worker supporting seniors throughout the county, building a strong foundation of care and community service. She later transitioned into the marketing field, where she spent more than 15 years leading marketing initiatives, developing communications and training programs, and supporting business growth across a variety of industries.

A passionate community supporter, Tracey has volunteered in many ways over the years, including sports coaching/management, serving on the executive of the local adult baseball league, supporting the Kids Fishing Derby, and volunteering with the Minden Community Food Centre’s Holiday Hamper Program.

As Manager of the Minden Community Food Centre, Tracey brings strong leadership, communication, and community engagement skills to the role and is committed to strengthening local connections while ensuring families have access to the resources and support they need.
