Jim is a resident of Minden Hills and has been on the Board since 2024. Appointed as Treasurer in 2024, the Board appointed him as Chair in September 2025. He has retained his role as Treasurer. Jim brings administrative and financial knowledge to the Board after a 34- year career in municipal government, including 11 years as County of Haliburton CAO and County Clerk.
