Steve Upshall

Steve retired after 35 years working in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Product Mngt, and Administration. He and his wife, Gayle, purchased property on Gull Lake in 2001, and moved there in May 2002. They have enjoyed the beauty of Haliburton County ever since.

Steve has been involved in many community support activities, such as Home & School President, Association Exec, and volunteer coach in multiple sports. He has also organized many fund-raising activities.

Steve and Gayle started cooking for the Minden Foodbank in 2010 and unloaded food delivery trucks at the then-Bobcaygeon location. At the current location, Steve volunteered assisting clients at the front counter and cooked in the Community Kitchen. He has been an active member of the Board for the past 8 years.
